Hi Dee! Could you share with us how did you first discover reusable period pads? What did you think of the idea?
I discovered reusable period pads by searching online for healthier menstrual options. As I was evolving, spiritually, emotionally, and physically into a wholistic lifestyle, it was only divine for me to switch from toxic feminine products too.
Do you use cloth pads exclusively or combine with other period products?
Are use cloth reusable pads, 98% of the time. The only time that I use disposable pads is when I am menstruating and traveling. And the disposable pads have to be organic and have as less toxins as possible.
So far, I have been using reusable pads for two years now, and I will not be going back to tampons or any other commercial chemicalized pad.
How does it feel these days when you have to use disposable pads or tampons?
When I’m traveling and only using disposable pads, I feel content because I do not wear the disposable pads for each menstrual cycle. So I am assured that my vagina and wombman parts are receiving the best care that I am able to give them for the majority of the time with reusable pads.
What is your advice to someone who's not sure if they should give cloth pads a try?
Just to give it a try! You won’t know how you like it if you do not give it a chance.
Take it from me, I’ve tested tampons, disposable pads, reusable pads, and the “cup”, and out of all of those my favorite is the reusable pads.
My wish for all wombmen it’s to return back to nature, return back to themselves, return “Back To Mama”!
